This year our annual Leadership Conference packed its bags and went to Rough Creek Lodge in Glen Rose, Texas. Our Ignite conference was set to be the biggest and best we’ve had to date, and it surely didn’t disappoint. With over 75 associates in attendance including our onsite Community Directors and Service Managers alongside our Corporate Multifamily Operations, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Capital Improvements, Renovations, Marketing and Acquisitions teams, we were able to use this once-a-year opportunity to come together and grow.
We enjoyed 3 days at Rough Creek listening to personal and professional building conference sessions, competed in team building exercises that brought out our competitive sides but also made us laugh, and most of all made new friendships and memories that will last us more than the year to come! We can’t wait to see where 2024 leads us as a team.
