With access to our digital resident portal, residents can schedule online rent payments and view upcoming social events.

We take great care in fostering a sense of belonging in our communities through a variety of resident events such as seasonal holiday parties and community outreach and activities. No matter your preferences, every community provides a warm and caring environment for all. Our Community Directors keep our residents informed and engaged and provide the following services:

  • 24 hours On-call Maintenance
  • Community Directors and Committed Service Personnel per Property
  • Regional Manager & Corporate Level Support

We also offer pet-friendly, smoke-free communities with on-site parking available.

Resident Amenities

We take great care in fostering a sense of belonging in our community through a variety of resident events, from monthly gatherings like Breakfast on the Go and Back-to-School events, to quarterly celebrations like our holiday party and Super bowl kickoff. Residents can get involved in charities such as food drives and Toys for Tots, or participate in community activities including, book clubs, recipe swaps, yoga, discussion groups, and more. This streamlined decision-making process ensures minimal downtime at our properties, a key factor in maintaining tenant satisfaction and property value.

Our in-house management approach allows us to forge a closer and more responsive relationship with our corporate headquarters. We can make quick decisions that directly benefit our onsite teams; adjusting benefits with corporate HR, adding accounting charge codes that make our ledgers more accurate, and speaking with the analysts who report back to our investors about trends in the market. Across operations, our in-house structure gives us ultimate agility and adaptability.
